Filyra Guesthouse is located in Kalamaki, Pelion and is a wonderful stone mansion with panoramic view to the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea. It is a 5-minute walk distance from the village square and 2 km far from the Kalamaki beach, which is reachable by car and offers free parking.
The Filyra guesthouse was built in 1915 with neo-classical Pelion architecture. It was renovated in 2013 and consists of two independent houses fully equipped, ideally to accommodate families or large groups. The first is a spacious two-storied mansion that can function as a single space to accommodate up to 9 people or as two separate autonomous apartments with different entrances, kitchen and bathroom. The second is an independent 30m2 studio suitable for up to 3 people.From the green courtyard of the mansion you can enjoy the ultimate tranquility of the nature, the open skyline and the incomparable beauty of the landscape which overlooks through a forested area to the magical Aegean Sea. Children can safely play in the area, while the ability of parking 5 cars is offered.
