The traditional guesthouse Filyra is located in the picturesque seaside village of Kalamaki in Eastern Pelion, it is renovated, fully equipped with all the modern comforts and suitable for families with children or groups of people.
The Filyra Mansion consists of two residences:
1) A two-storey building that can function as a single space or as two separate autonomous apartments with different entrances, kitchens and bathrooms.
- The spacious single ground floor is 75 m², it has one double bed, two sofas (single beds), a living room, a fireplace, a kitchen and a bathroom and accommodates 4 people.
- The mansion floor can accommodate 5 people and includes 3 rooms that share a common bathroom:
- Room 1 has a balcony viewing to the sea and includes a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe.
- Room 2 has two windows viewing to the village and includes two single beds, wardrobe and fireplace.
- Room 3 is a dining room with single sofa bed viewing to the sea.
2) An independent studio studio of 30m2. It offers a double bed with the possibility of adding another one bed, a kitchen and a bathroom.
- The kitchens are fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and all the necessary. Guests can use all the outdoor areas of the guesthouse as they wish.
